Name of Assignment: Trigonometry Comic
Subject: Geometry
Facilitator/Teacher: Christine Marsh
The description of work/assignment: Write a 5+ panel comic strip that shows three trig problems and their solutions.
The 21st Century Skill I feel this assignment addresses is Communications Skills, because I'm communicating my knowledge of this through the medium of the comic strip.
I am most proud of my art style, as I've oft felt it's improved in past months.
Working on the assignment helped strengthen my artistic ability, and really helped improving my character design and drawing in small boxes.
The most difficult part of doing this assignment was making sure all of my calculations were correct, and that I didn't forget anything.
This relates to what I have learned in the past as we were practicing a unit of Trigonometry in the weeks before.
I can apply this to future learning because it both improves my ability to measure triangles and my ability to draw comics.
